Cancellation Policy for Garrett Camasi Photography LLC.
1. Reservation and Cancellation
1.1 To secure a photography session with Garrett Camasi Photography LLC., a total charge of $300 is applicable. A down payment of 50%, amounting to $150, is required at the time of booking and is potentially non-refundable.
1.2 In the event of a cancellation, clients must notify at least 14 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee.
2. Rescheduling
2.1 Clients are allowed to reschedule a session without penalty if Garrett Camasi Photography LLC., is notified at least 14 days in advance.
2.2 Rescheduling within 14 days of the scheduled session may incur an additional fee of 25%
3. Photographer Cancellation
3.1 In the rare event that Garrett Camasi Photography LLC., must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a time convenient for both parties.
3.2 If rescheduling is not possible, Garrett Camasi Photography LLC., will refund the full reservation fee.
4. Client No-Show
4.1 If a client fails to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1 Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather conditions. In the case of inclement weather, Garrett Camasi Photography LLC., will work with the client to reschedule the session at no additional charge.
